Honeycomb aluminum foil

The aluminum honeycomb core is bonded by multiple layers of aluminum foil, laminated, and then stretched and unfolded into a regular regular hexagonal honeycomb core. The aluminum honeycomb core has sharp, clear cell walls, no burrs, and is suitable for high-quality core-to-face bonding and other uses.

The honeycomb core layer is hexagonal aluminum honeycomb structure, and the honeycomb foil can be made of 3003 aluminum foil, 3004 aluminum foil and 5052 aluminum foil, with a thickness of 0.02-0.06 mm. As an important raw material, the performance of aluminum foil has a great influence on the quality and service life of the honeycomb core.

Packing & Delivery:

PE foam is the first layer, plastic bag is the second layer, and then montmorillonite desiccant is put in to prevent corrosion. Wrapped in paper as a third layer, the roll is suspended in a nautical-friendly wooden box, and the edges of the roll are protected from mechanical damage with Styrofoam.
