Aluminum foil packaging has good shading, moisture resistance, compactness, can protect the inner packaged drugs from oxidation, moisture absorption and deterioration, good calendering, easy production, and easy disassembly. After compounding, printing and gluing, it is widely used in the packaging of various drug capsules, tablets and granules.

MC Aluminum medical aluminum foil application:

1.PTP medicinal aluminum foil: PTP medicinal aluminum foil is also called medicine plate aluminum foil and capsule aluminum foil. It is mostly made of 8011-H18 aluminum foil or 8011-O state aluminum foil.

2.Bubble-cap aluminum foil: Bubble-cap aluminum foil, also known as cold forming medicinal foil, is mostly made of 8021-O state aluminum foil, which is used for high-end and strong sealing, moisture-proof and light-shielding drug packaging, with a thickness of 0.04-0.065mm;

3.Tropical type medicinal aluminum foil: Tropical type aluminum foil, also known as aluminum-plastic aluminum, tropical type blister packaging is equivalent to adding a layer of cold stamping aluminum foil cover on the outside of thermoformed plastic blister and PTP aluminum foil. 8021-O state aluminum foil and 8079-O state aluminum foil are mostly used, which are the most high-end packaging aluminum foils in pharmaceutical packaging;

4.Aluminum foil for pharmaceutical bottle caps: Aluminum foil for pharmaceutical bottle caps, also known as aluminum foil for pharmaceutical cover materials, is mostly made of 8011-H14 aluminum foil or 8011-H16 aluminum foil, which is widely used in bottled liquids such as pharmaceutical oral liquid, antibiotics and infusion.

Packing & Delivery:

PE foam is the first layer, plastic bag is the second layer, and then montmorillonite desiccant is put in to prevent corrosion. Wrapped in paper as a third layer, the roll is suspended in a nautical-friendly wooden box, and the edges of the roll are protected from mechanical damage with Styrofoam.
