Tobacco is a perishable and often expensive consumer product that requires packaging to deliver it to consumers in optimal condition. Due to its light weight, good coating, non-toxic, moisture-proof, shading, thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity, good corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance, aluminum foil is widely used in cigarette packaging.
The use of aluminum in the tobacco packaging industry is mainly the aluminum foil of the cigarette lining paper, the aluminized layer on the cigarette case (including the cigarette case), and the bronzing of the tipping paper.
Aluminium foil has become the barrier material of choice, especially for the inner lining of cigarette packs. This is because it combines the ability to retain the characteristic aroma unique to each blend and brand with the unique "feel" quality and appearance of being light, strong and easy to reseal. Foil/paper laminates also offer mechanical qualities not found in alternative materials.
1. Good heat sealing performance, softness, high barrier performance, good moisture resistance
2. Beautiful surface pattern, through the use of relief design (texture, paint color and logo) to increase the product logo.
3. Disposable, environmentally friendly and recyclable
4. Non-toxic and tasteless, in line with food and drug packaging hygiene standards
5. Strong mechanical properties, high blast resistance, strong puncture resistance and tear resistance
6. High temperature resistance (121℃), low temperature resistance (-50℃), oil resistance, good fragrance retention

PE foam is the first layer, plastic bag is the second layer, and then montmorillonite desiccant is put in to prevent corrosion. Wrapped in paper as a third layer, the roll is suspended in a nautical-friendly wooden box, and the edges of the roll are protected from mechanical damage with Styrofoam.
