Electrolytic capacitors are one of the indispensable components in electrical products. Aluminum electrolytic capacitors have developed rapidly due to their excellent performance, low price, and wide range of uses. Aluminum foil for electrolytic vessels is mainly 3003 aluminum foil, 1100 aluminum foil, 1070 aluminum foil, etc.
Capacitor foils undergo treatments such as anodizing and anodizing to increase their dielectric constant and dielectric strength to meet the needs of the capacitor. Widely used in electronic circuits and power systems.

Appearance quality requirements of aluminum foil for capacitors
1. The surface of the aluminum foil should be clean and smooth, and no corrosion, cracks, waves, wrinkles, visible oil marks, oil spots, pollutants, impurities and other defects are allowed.
2. The surface of the aluminum foil is allowed to have slight bright spots and color differences that do not cause surface damage.
3. The end surface should be clean, and no defects such as burrs, bumps, scratches, etc. are allowed.
