Coated aluminum foil pre-treatment Coated aluminum foil is degreasing and chemical pretreatment of aluminum foil. This pre-treatment is applied on production lines equipped with the best technology and is designed based on a custom engineering concept by the MC Aluminum Coating Technology Group. Its main advantage is the complete removal of oil residues from the surface during lamination as well as substances such as magnesium and manganese that may be present on the surface and may cause coating anchorage problems.
Coated aluminum foil product description:
1. The thickness of aluminum foil is between 30 and 500 microns, and the maximum width is 1500 mm.
2. Status: hard, semi-hard, with residual oil on the laminated surface: O, H12, H18, H22, H24, H26.
3. Alloy: 8011, 3003, 3105, customers can choose the best thickness, alloy and aluminum state according to their needs.
